Still, you should propose your desired rate and justify it with your skill & experience. There are more business out there that need VAs than there are VAs to fill those positions. I tell myself this all the time, and it is especially true in the real estate community. I specialize in real estate and I know how important it is to hone your niche and be a real specialist. There is no need for any of us to worry.
